Dalida Padilla 

Dalida Padilla has been a valued member of Matrix Mediation since 2007, joining the team— interestingly enough —on her birthday. Over the years, she has become a recognizable and long standing representative of the company, known for her personable nature and engaging demeanor.

In her current role as Scheduler, Dalida consistently exceeds expectations, delivering outstanding customer service and demonstrating genuine dedication to her work. She is deeply committed to building strong, lasting relationships with clients, and her attention to personal details—such as remembering clients’ names and family milestones—has helped foster exceptional trust and rapport.

Dalida, holds two Bachelor’s degrees: one in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and another in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is also a licensed Esthetician and works as a Lash and Brow Artist in her personal time.

Originally from Cuba, Ms. Padilla relocated to the United States with her parents. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, playing softball, and spending quality time with her fiancé, her two children, and her parents, all of whom are central to her life.

Tamara Polk

Tamara, is the Senior Scheduler at Matrix Mediation and the dedicated scheduler for Rodney Romano since 2014. Born-and-raised, a proud Floridian, she brings professionalism, courtesy, and a client-first mindset to every interaction. Currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree at Palm Beach State College, she is committed to both personal and professional growth. Future Lawyer and Mediator at Matrix Mediation. Outside of work, she’s passionate about CrossFit, active in her church community, and never misses an episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. A few fun facts: she can “power clean”, never turns down Sunday brunch at Spoto’s, and has an ongoing love affair with the vanilla cake from Publix.

Kenny Gomez

Kenny serves as the Scheduling Coordinator at Matrix Mediation, where he plays a vital role in organizing and coordinating mediations across a wide range of case types. Known for his attention to detail and excellent client communication, Kenny ensures that each mediation is scheduled smoothly and efficiently, keeping all parties informed and supported throughout the process.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Kenny moved to Kentucky before eventually settling in West Palm Beach, Florida. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Keiser University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently preparing to attend law school.

Outside of work, Kenny enjoys kickboxing, going to the gym, and most of all, playing the guitar. He finds balance through music and movement, and is always looking for new ways to stay active and creative. He’s a Hardcore New York Yankees fan—loyal through every postseason heartbreak and is an electric guitar enthusiast with a growing pedal collection.

Nichole Ludemann

As the Bookkeeper and an integral part of the billing department, Nichole takes pride in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. Specializing in invoices and billing processes, she brings a detail-oriented approach to every task, striving for excellence in both the numbers and customer service aspects of her role.

With more than 25 years of experience in customer service, Nichole is committed to fostering positive relationships with clients, answering inquiries, and providing support with professionalism and clarity. She aims to make every interaction a positive one when assisting clients with billing matters.

In another aspect of her career, Nichole is also a passionate Realtor in Florida. As a Florida native, she has a deep understanding of the local market and is strongly committed to helping clients navigate real estate transactions seamlessly.

In her spare time, Nichole is an avid CrossFit enthusiast and enjoys taking on the challenge of obstacle races, ranging from 5Ks to 21Ks. These activities fuel her passion for discipline, perseverance, and pushing beyond limits—qualities she brings into her professional life as well.

Nichole is also a proud pet parent to two wonderful dogs, Lucy and Tallulah, who bring joy and energy to her everyday life.

Evonna Brown

Evonna Brown is the Lead Scheduling Coordinator for three years. She brings clarity and positive energy to every calendar I manage. She thrives on creating seamless workflows while adding a needed personal touch, bringing both structure and cosmic insight (astrology) while blending intuition, aesthetics, and efficiency into my daily work. Exceeds client needs by providing timely, effective, and empathetic support with my commitment to satisfaction. She is a previous training coordinator with over 10 years of relationship-building and client satisfaction experience. Has skills of providing comedic relief with her contagious laugh, vibrant personality, and infectious enthusiasm, as a pleasure to work with. 

Evonna is a FAU Alumna with a B.A. in Psychology. She is a self-taught florist, arranging life one bloom at a time. When she's not working, she can often be found curled up with a book, nurturing her love for literature and the human spirit. Evonna enjoys crafting bouquets, shopping, color coordinating her closet, and recreating the latest trending recipe. 

A lover of all things fun, fashion, and literary adventures. Passionate about storytelling and connecting with audiences through the power of theater. Evonna is a Fragrance connoisseur with a nose for the extraordinary, a beauty enthusiast, a yogi in search of balance, on and off the mat, a coffee fiend with a serious espresso habit, an amateur seamstress sewing with love and curiosity, and a podcast aficionado forever deep in a good conversation.
