Dalida Padilla 

Dalida Padilla, has been with us since 2007, Dalida was hired on her Birthday and has become the face of Matrix with her outgoing and infections attitude. Dalida is our Manager of Finance at Matrix. She goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service for clients. its passionate about her job and treasures her relationships with all of our amazing clients.  Dalida knows everyone’s name, their families and children, our clients love her! Dalida earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at Florida Atlantic University, as well as her Esthetician License, and in her free time, she is a Lash Artist. Born in Cuba, then came to live in the United Stated with her lovely parents. She enjoys working out, playing softball, and spending time with her two children, Natalie and John who complete her life.

Zach Romano

Rodney-Zachariah C. Romano (Zach) has been an associate with Matrix since its’ inception in 2006. Zach is also our in hours Operations Floor Manager. Zach has run our North Broward location and Palm Beach location.  He has spearheaded our outreach with helping to higher High School students who are interested in perusing law or business law.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Palm Beach State College in 2020. Outside of work he loves spending his time with his beautiful wife Nicolette, three dogs Juno, Oliver, and Basil, and cat Thickums. Zach is looking forwarding to attending Law School in the fall of 2020, possibly with his sister Gabriella.  Zach comes from a family of Legal Eagles, Rodney Romano, Alexandria Romano, Jeremiah Romano, his Uncle John Romano and cousins Eric and Todd Romano Favorite snack from the Matrix kitchen, walnuts.

Tamara Polk

Senior Scheduling Coordinator,  brings her 10 years of customer service, on the daily to Matrix helping with customer questions and handling their needs to being positive and professional in all situations.
She was raised in Palm Beach County Florida where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration at Palm Beach State College. She has been working with Matrix Mediation for since 2014 and counting. She is the Senior Scheduling Coordinator and one of Rodney Romano’s head schedulers. She takes pride in helping clients and making sure everyone is comfortable especially in an unknown environment here at mediation. In her spare time she likes to go to the movies, dinner and to the park with her cute pet Yorkie, Pebbles.  Her favorite snack here in the kitchen at Matrix is Almonds.

Gabriella Romano

Scheduling coordinator and customer service specialist, was raised in Palm Beach County and has been working alongside Matrix Mediation since 2016. With her considerable experience in customer service and satisfaction, she brings extensive  knowledge, intense personal investment,  and her ready sense of humor to best assist Matrix Mediation clients and guest. It’s Gabriella’s professional goal to make all who work with her feel comfortable and respected while working through the mediation process. In her free time, Gabriella enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, loves outdoor adventures, she has mad love for her chubby pit-bull Grace, and practicing yoga.

Christina Stiles

Christina Stiles, Scheduling Coordinator, was with us at the inception of Matrix, went back to school and came back and joined the Matrix Team in 2017.  She is enthusiastic about volunteering and being a part of her community here, in West Palm Beach. She goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service for clients. Christina earned her Associate's Degree in Marketing at Palm Beach State College, as well as her Behavioral Therapist Degree through Florida Tech. She enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter, and loves to read. Her favorite quote is by Lewis Carroll, " Why sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." 

Patricia Lopez

Patricia has been a part of our bookkeeping team and Matrix family since 2014. She enjoys working with our mediators, staff and clients. She likes getting the job done quickly and efficiently as possible. Patricia has a major love for animals, and volunteers at the Panther Ridge Conservation Center. Patricia enjoys reading, good wine, enjoys the beach as well as traveling to New Jersey and visiting with her four daughters, her six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Pat’s favorite snack at Matrix is Peanut Butter Pretzels.

Melissa Nunez

As a Senior Scheduling Coordinator, Melissa is both diligent and committed to achieving superior customer service for all Matrix clientele and associates. Melissa rejoined Matrix in the Fall of 2019 after spending time in New York earning her degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Psychology. With her valuable experience working as a company Field Representative and Manager, Melissa has the professional skill of being the open line of communication between clients, customers, and businesses to accomplish mutual and conjunct goals. In addition to coordinating Mediator schedules, Melissa also collaborates with Mr. Romano to systematically organize the Mediation Training Institute, which offers elite training for future Circuit Civil Mediators. In her free time Melissa enjoys traveling with her family, reading psychological thrillers and spending time with her rescue pup Nala.
